Day 01. Arrive at Paro – Paro.
On arrival at Paro International Airport, we will directly drive to Paro Kyichu Lhakhang, the oldest temple in Bhutan, built by Tibetan King Songtshen Gaympo in the 7th century. Here we will have a ceremony dedicated to the cleansing of our body, mind and soul by a monk. We will receive a white scarf (Khadar) from the monk, which is a symbol of purity and brings blessings and good luck to us. You can take back this good luck white scarf to your home.
Then we will drive to the town for lunch. After our lunch, we will drive to Dzongdrakha and visit the Dzongdrakha Lhakhang. We can meditate inside all the temples, if you like to do so. Evening stroll around Paro town. Dinner and overnight stay in Paro.
Day 02. Paro – Thimphu
Today we will drive to Thimphu but in the morning we will hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), the most important pilgrimage site in the Buddhist world and it is one of the main highlights of the Bhutan Tour. If you wish to meditate here in the Taktshang monastery for sometime we can do so. Lunch at Taktshang Cafeteria or at Paro.
Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. On reaching Thimphu, we will visit to Buddha Point, to see and pray in front of the tallest Buddha Statue in the world, then Memorial Chhorten, where you will see old and young people making circumambulation around the Chhorten and you will also join them. . Evening visit Thimphu Trashichhoe Dzong. Stroll around the Thimphu town. Dinner and overnight stay at Thimphu Hotel.
Day 03. Thimphu – Halt
Today we will make a short hike to Tango Monastery. It will take about 45 mins by car till the road end at Doedhena, From here it will take about 1 hr hike up to Tango Temple. For lunch we will have a picnic lunch at the riverside on our way back. On your way back, we will visit Pangrizampa and see Astrology. In the evening we will visit to Bhutanese farmhouse for dinner and a hot stone bath (Traditional Bath in Bhutan). If you like to stay overnight at Bhutanese Farm House, we can organize an overnight stay at hotel Thimphu.
Day 04. Thimphu – Punakha
Today we will drive to Punakha over dochula pass (3150m) above sea level. The pass is adorned with 108 small stupas. On clear days, we can see the Eastern Himalayan Mountains, including the highest mountain of Bhutan, so impressively. On reaching Lobesa, we will visit Chhimi Lhakhang, which is located at a hilltop. It takes about 30minutes to reach the temple through farm fields.
The temple is known as ‘the temple of fertility’. Lunch will be served at Chhimi Lhakhang cafeteria. Then we will continue our journey to Punakha and visit the most impressive or beautiful dzong in Bhutan, Punakha dzong and visit the temples inside the dzong.
Evening at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay at Punakha Hotel.
Day 05. Punakha – Phobjikha
Today after breakfast at a hotel or Farmhouse (if staying at farmhouse) we will drive off the beaten track of Phobjikha Valley. It is a glacial valley and is the winter home of the black-necked cranes. This valley is a designated conservation area and borders Black Mountain National Park. Lunch will be served on the way. On reaching Gangtey, visit Gantey Goenpa Lhakhang, the most important temple in Nyingmapa sect of Buddhism in Bhutan.
After this we will go Gangtey Natural Trail hike. This hike is one of the easiest hikes in Bhutan through pine forest and open meadow. It offers a panoramic and stunning view of the valley. Dinner and overnight stay at Phobjikha Valley Hotel or Traditional Farm Stay
Day 06. Phobjikha Stay
Unique Spiritual Experiences in Bhutan.
Early morning visit to Gangtey Shedra (monastic School) – for Morning Prayer. Back to the hotel and have breakfast. Then visit Gangtey Goenpa Lhakhang. This temple is one of the most important temples in Nyingmapa Sect of Buddhism in Bhutan). Gangtey Natural Trail Hike-This is one of the easiest hikes in Bhutan through pine forest and open meadow.
Make time to meet the Khenpo/trulku to discuss and ask some clarification about your spiritual quest. Lunch at the hotel. Free time to stroll around the valley. Evening visit again to Gangtey Shedra for Meditation Class and evening prayer. We have customs to give a small donation to the head monk or temple.
Day 07. Phobjikha – Paro.
After breakfast at the hotel, drive back to Paro. The road descends to Wangdi Valley and the road climbs steeply through forests of pine, hemlock spruce and rhododendrons. At Dochula Pass (3150m) you will have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Eastern Himalayan Mountain ranges on clear days. The pass is adorned with 108 small stupas and many kinds of prayer flags.
Lunch will be served at Dochula Café or on the way. Continue the journey to Paro. On the way we will visit Tachho Gang Lhakhang crossing over the iron chain bridge. On reaching Paro, we will stroll around Paro town, for some shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at Paro Hotel.
Day 08. Paro – Airport
After our breakfast drive to Paro International Airport for your onward flight. We wish a very safe and pleasant journey back to your country. We hope to see you again in Bhutan in the future.Today we will drive to Paro International Airport for your onward flight to Bangkok.

The following information will help you to plan your dream trip to Bhutan.
1. When and how to visit Bhutan?
Choose your traveling date like Arrival/Departure date. You also need to choose entry/depart Bhutan via AIR or LAND.
By Air: Druk Air, the national carriers is the only service operator in the kingdom and operates several flights per week from Bangkok (Thailand), Delhi & Kolkata (India) and Kathmandu (Nepal) to Paro (Bhutan). The Paro International Airport is located about an hour and a half drive from Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
Paro airport is daylight restricted, and the flights are totally dependent on the weather. As a result, sometimes flights are delayed. It is therefore a good idea to keep at least 24 hours of transit time for connecting flights out of Paro. You might also want to consider traveling on a non-restricted ticket so that if you miss a connecting flight, you can be rerouted or seated on the first available carrier.
Sometimes flights into Paro are disrupted because of unfavorable weather conditions. If this occurs, the flight will stop for the night at the transit airport. To be prepared, you may want to carry your essential personal items in your carry-on luggage.
By Land: Phuentsholing, a Bhutanese town in the southwest has road access to India. It is located about 170 km from the Indian domestic airport at Bagdogra, West Bengal. Phuentsholing is about 172 km from Thimphu the capital city of Bhutan and is about 6hours drive distance.
2. What are your itineraries?

For most tours the booking must be completed 8 weeks in advance, but during the festivals booking must be completed at least 12 weeks in advance. Especially during the festivals, it can be very difficult to get the accommodation and flight seats without advance bookings, as it is a peak season for the tourist visiting Bhutan.
Hot stone bath (Dhotsho) is a traditional bath of Bhutan, where a tradition of heating up stones and then soaking in the water that is in turn heated by the stones. This is also a curative method and is used throughout the country We Bhutanese belief that this bath has so much of medicinal benefits. Some diseases are curable-like joint pains, hypertension, stomach disorder, arthritis and many other minor
diseases. Especially for the old age, where we have lots of body pains, joints pains helps a lot by this Hot Stone Bath (Dhotsho).
I think, the minerals in the rocks have certain chemicals, which can cure certain disease of our body. Hot stone bath has no side effects. It is in its pure natural form. We can organize the hot stone bath during your stay in Bhutan.
The cost for experiencing this will be USD 20 per person.
The Bhutanese textiles are rich, vibrant, and colorful and are a complex art form as well as an integral part of the Bhutanese culture. This Bhutan weaving experiences will give you an insight about the rich textiles in Bhutan. You can sit one of the handlooms of Bhutan and weave your self practically. We promise that you will really enjoy this with great satisfaction in your life.
We will also see or learn the natural coloring and dyeing. You can bring your own materials like handkerchief to dye and color. So visit Bhutan and experience it practically by yourself.
So to arrange this you need to pay extra payment of USD 50 per person.
Folk Performing Arts & Music in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. We have Cultural Program Performing groups, which they will perform like Traditional folk songs, dances and keeps original tunes and dances alive. Moreover, new choreography for some traditional and regional songs is sometimes developed.
The troupe also performs mask dances that have historical and spiritual significance.
The program will be about 1hr program and the cost will be USD 100/program. Usually we organize this in the evening before your dinner. But any time of the day can be organized.
Tiger’s Nest is most visited spot in Bhutan and it is much awaited by every tourist who visits Bhutan to climb to Tiger’s Nest.
It takes about 2 hrs 30mins up steep climb through the forest of pine, oak and Rhododendron. However you can ride the horse and climb till the Taktshang cafeteria.
The price will be approximately USD 12-15. So we can arrange the horses and let us know.

We will also see or learn the natural coloring and dyeing. You can bring your own materials like handkerchief to dye and color. So visit Bhutan and experience it practically by yourself.

Folk Performing Arts & Music in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. We have Cultural Program Performing groups, which they will perform like Traditional folk songs, dances and keeps original tunes and dances alive. Moreover, new choreography for some traditional and regional songs is sometimes developed.
The troupe also performs mask dances that have historical and spiritual significance.
The program will be about 1hr program and the cost will be USD 100/program. Usually we organize this in the evening before your dinner. But any time of the day can be organized.
Tiger’s Nest is most visited spot in Bhutan and it is much awaited by every tourist who visits Bhutan to climb to Tiger’s Nest.
It takes about 2 hrs 30mins up steep climb through the forest of pine, oak and Rhododendron. However you can ride the horse and climb till the Taktshang cafeteria.
The price will be approximately USD 12-15. So we can arrange the horses and let us know.
