Bhutan Tour Bookings is the simple procedures that needs to be followed when we make your tour bookings and reservations for your holiday to Bhutan.
All the tours to Bhutan must be booked through a recognized or licensed Bhutanese Tour operators. Your Bhutan Tour Operator will arrange all the arrangements for your visit to Bhutan like processing the visa, arrangement of hotels, transportations, guides, sightseeing, so on and so forth. However, you have to send your bookings well in advance, so that we will not have last minute problems. Everything should be confirmed prior to your arrival to Bhutan.
The below are simple Bhutan Tour Booking procedures.
Send us email informing your interest and requirements, your flight sector to/for Bhutan and your travel dates. We have flights from Bangkok, Delhi, Kolkata, Bagdrogora, Guwahati, Dacca, Singapore and Kathmandu. Also lets us know whether you are single traveller or number of people travelling together.
We will send you all the information like flight information, cost estimate, model itinerary, when and how to send the payment to us, and other necessary information for your visit to Bhutan.
Once we receive all the confirmation from your side, we will send you the bank details to wire transfer the payment to us. Your bookings are confirmed only after receiving the full payment. You also have to send us the scanned copy of passport for all the members.
After we receive the payments, we will acknowledge you and send you the formal confirmation letter. We will also send you the flight ticket copy, Visa copy, hotel details and other necessary information for travelling to Bhutan well in advance.
Bhutan Tour Payments:
Tourism Council of Bhutan will issue Bhutan visa only upon receipt of your full tour payment. All the travellers have to wire transfer 100% tour cost well in advance. The tour payment will keep by Tourism Council of Bhutan’s account in favor of the company you are travelling, will release only upon successfully completion of your tour after deducting the government royalty and taxes at the source.
Reassurance of your tour payment:
There are also instances of clients feeling apprehensive about transferring the tour payments in advance. In fact, your bookings are confirmed or visa is issued only upon received of all your tour payments. Without the tour payments, your visa will be not issued at any cost.
However, all the tour payments wire transferred will directly deposit to Tourism Council of Bhutan’s Account in favor the company. Not to the company’s account directly.
The company will receive the payment in our local currency only upon the completion of your tour and provisions of the invoices after deducting the government Sustainable Development Fee and taxes at the sources. Hence it is very safe to wire transfer the payment to Bhutan, provided if it is to the company account and not to the personal account. Never send the payment to personal account.
Your tour payments are very safe and guarantee all the agreed services to you. If there are any problems after remitting the tour payment, you can always write to Tourism Council of Bhutan for solutions at info@tourism.gov.bt or visit at www.tourism.gov.bt. All the tour operators are governed by the regulation of Tourism Council of Bhutan. Tourism Council of Bhutan will deal legally with the defaulters.
