Bhutan Trekking Tips
Please note that there is no trekking equipment available in Bhutan; although we provide trekking equipment like Trekking Tents and cooking utensils on the trek. Others you must bring everything yourself. Everything mentioned on the list is useful, and most of the things are needed on a long trek.
FootWear
- trekking or running shoes.
- camp shoes or thongs.
- socks – polypropylene.
Above 4000 m.
- mountain trekking boots.
- socks, wool, to wear with boots.
- socks, light cotton, for under wool socks.

- down or fiber-filled jacket.
